I am an explorer of life. I feel a deep attraction for the wild nature of the human being and I tend to immerse myself in it, paying attention to the traces that adaptation leaves within society.<\/p>

MISSION<\/strong><\/p>

To recover our original state. To be wild.<\/p>

That is, to live in a natural and original state.<\/p>

We are part of a social structure that has disconnected us from our essence through generations.<\/p>

This disconnection generates diverse effects in all our systems: biological, mental, emotional and spiritual.<\/p>

My purpose is to recover the intelligence of our perception systems: biological functions we share with wild nature. To reactivate integral perception \u2014body, instinct and intuition\u2014 developing inner listening (interoception), spatial orientation (proprioception), environmental reading (neuroception) and intuitive cognition<\/em>: essential biological capacities we have been deactivating.<\/p>

ABOUT ME<\/strong><\/p>

I was born in October 1969 by the Mediterranean Sea in Almer\u00eda, Spain. I grew up and developed in nature, with the contrast of the sea and the mountains, walking barefoot every day, feeling the warmth of the stones and the sand in summer, the cold of the sea water and the streams in winter. The earth is my home, the whisper of the wind is my guide, the sun, my reference, the water, the memory of my existence.<\/p>

First born of a large mountain family, mother of one daughter.<\/p>

I have travelled and enjoyed experiences, relationships and places as many flavours, smells, colours and sounds as nature holds.<\/p>

From the age of 50, I live between two places: Cabo de Gata Natural Park in Almer\u00eda, my ancestral homeland and Mediterranean desert; and the Xur\u00e9s \/ Ger\u00eas Reserve, my personal retreat land for 20 years, among mountains, waterfalls and thermal waters.<\/p>

25 YEARS OF JOURNEY<\/strong><\/p>

More experience than qualifications. More results than books.<\/em><\/p>

My academic background and professional activity are related to nature and wellbeing.<\/p>

I detail some of the trainings and experiences over the last 25 years that sustain this project, as tools and background for therapeutic accompaniments and nature retreats.<\/p>

Beginnings: \u2014 Environmental educator \u2014 Tour Leader guiding groups in the wild across Europe, America and Morocco<\/p>

Body and movement: Sophrological meditation during my pregnancy, Hapkido martial art & Sondo meditation, Namikoshi Shiatsu, contact dance, biodanza, ecstatic dance, 5 rhythms, improvisation, dances of the world, chamber choir<\/p>

Nature and tradition: Natural horsemanship & Coaching with horses, Macrobiotics, Medicinal plants<\/p>

Voice and sound: Healing sound with quartz bowls, Pythagorean tuning forks, Mongolian harmonic chanting<\/p>

Shamanism and ancestral traditions: Temascal medicine, Shamanic Drumming, indigenous cosmovision, vision quest, ceremonies and rituals (without entheogens) with different indigenous peoples: Hopi, Lakota, Maya, Havasupai, Cherokees, Dene, Sikhs<\/p>

Mind and spirit: Osho meditations, Tantra, Mindfulness, transpersonal psychology, Biodecoding, NeuroLinguistic Programming, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Metaphysics, Quantum Meditation: Joe Dispenza & Bruce Lipton, Sacred Geometry & Merkaba Meditation: Drunvalo Melchizedek, Geobiology<\/p>

Spiritual retreats: First as attendee and later as Organiser<\/p>
