We’re all born with an intact wild nature. Then come the good manners, the performance, the family loyalty, the not wanting to be a bother. Layer by layer, we learned to tame ourselves. We cooperated to survive.

I’ve spent 25 years accompanying this excavation process — trained in transpersonal psychology, biodecoding, NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis, with two decades leading groups in contact with ancestral traditions. I don’t come from a weekend course.

Soul Archaeology is a deep expedition. Intimate disobedience to recover what we silenced in order to belong to the system.

Step 2: The Expedition Map

If there’s resonance, you receive my self-inquiry questionnaire. You complete it at your own pace. It’s your first immersion: questions that move through the concrete, the hidden, and the essential. I study it to work with surgical precision from minute one.

Step 3: Package of 3 sessions

Where what was buried comes to light. One session holds what emerges. Three structured sessions bring to light what was alive underground.

Is this therapy?

No. Soul Archaeology is an intuitive coaching companionship, not clinical psychotherapy. I work with your present, your patterns and your body — I don’t diagnose or treat pathologies. If I sense you need psychological or medical support, I’ll tell you directly and point you in the right direction.

How long does the full process take?

The Expedition Package is 3 sessions of 90 min. Most people spread them across 3-6 weeks, at their own pace — though every expedition sets its own timing.

Can I do this online?

Yes. I work by video call from anywhere. There’s also an in-person option at the Gerês-Xurés Biosphere Reserve (Ourense, Spain) and Mojácar (Almería, Spain).

What’s the difference between a single session and the package?

One session holds what emerges in the moment. Three structured sessions allow you to go deeper: bringing to light what was buried and starting to integrate it. The Excavation Map (self-inquiry questionnaire) is only included with the package.

How do I know if this is for me?
