We will feel the earth with our bare feet.
We will walk in silence developing our original senses.
We will play in the herd with fresh and fun dynamics.
We will share the fire speaking from the heart.
We will dive into the centre of our being in the natural hot springs.
We will celebrate the night of December 31st in Termas Salvajes.

Content :
Conscious walks with forest baths.
Grounding & Reset.
Group coaching dynamics:
Essentially active, with lots of movement, contrasting individual and group explorations.
Explorations through body movement with rhythm, sounds with voice, body art therapy with earth and thermal water.
Simple dynamics suitable for all emotional and mental states, without forcing the desire to participate and respecting your freedom.
Thermal baths in the open air.
Daily integration circle around the fire.
The investment includes:
Rural accommodation in a shared double room.
( option of single room ).
Breakfast, lunch/picnic and dinner.
