Mar has accompanied me on the path of self-discovery and personal growth. My tendency to overthink has gotten me into trouble many times because I can get caught up in my own thoughts. With several sessions, she has given me tools to clarify them, always from a very positive perspective. With her you have to dare to face yourself, as she likes to touch the core of the problem, which can be difficult and painful at times. The best thing is that she creates a safe and understanding space where you can be comfortable to share what you think is the worst. After working with her I can say that I am more accepting of myself and others, that I have reconnected with my intuition and that I live and enjoy the present much more.

Her way of accompanying you is warm and close, at the same time she challenges you to see yourself from all angles.
