Conscious walks with forest baths.
Grounding & Reset.
Group coaching dynamics:
Essentially active, with lots of movement, contrasting individual and group explorations.
Explorations through body movement with rhythm, sounds with voice, body art therapy with earth and thermal water.
Simple dynamics suitable for all emotional and mental states, without forcing the desire to participate and respecting your freedom.
Thermal baths in the open air.
Daily integration circle around the fire.
